The company has a CNC Machining Centre from DATIAN. The digital control system can control the machine tool according to different processes and automatically finish these multiple processes one by one. Such as automatic selection and replacement of cutting tools, automatically change the spindle speed, feed and motion trajectory of the tool relative to the work piece and other auxiliary functions. Also its a specific function that choose or change the milling cutters which greatly improve the production efficiency.

Linear cutting
Our company have linear cutting over 15 sets, which use for processing a variety of complex shape and small precision work pieces such as blanking terrace die, die, punch-die, dead plate, tripper plate and so on. The advantage of the liner cutting are small working allowance, high working accuracy, short production cycle, low cost and so on. They highly improve the production efficiency and benefit for mould making.
